"I have stayed at this property many times & have never been disappointed until this time. One of the beds was dirty & smelled bad. There was food left in the refrigerator for who knows how long. "

"The place had a subdued elegance from century past. The furniture was old but well maintained. The room we stayed in was spacious. We did not have the weekend brunch since we had other breakfast plans - but we walked past the food that was being served and it looked great. We did spend some time in the lounge and had some drinks. The selection of beer was good, and the mixed drinks were done well."

"Shelf in the shower was broken off the wall, rug was wet. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Pool was enjoyable however we were told to wait an hour for fresh towels."

"Terrible, had to call 4 times for airport shuttle pick up. First call I was on hold for 15 min, 2nd, 3rd and 4th call they said 10 mins. Waited over an hour for pickup for a 2 mile ride. Check in was slow, staff complaining how busy they were. They ignored all in coming calls. Hopefully a guest didn’t have an emergency’s. Elevators not working had to carry luggage up the stairs. Ice machine on 2nd floor said Out Of Order, use machine on 1st floor, sign there said Out Of Order use machine on...

"Everything abour our room was fine. Staff was great. They gave my wife written directions to several places she wanted to go. Room was fine and clean but several big stains on the carpet. We would definately stay there again."

Bathroom fan was covered in black filth, mold growing in corners and rug, lights falling out of ceiling above jacuzzi. We stayed in room long enough to use restroom and left. Pictures available. We booked a $400 a night room and this hotel should feel embarrassed about renting."

"Staff was rude, couldn’t checkin to the room for more than 40 minutes with a system issue. Eventually it was resolved but the way the situation was handled was very poor. The room is pretty basic with lots of odor in the hall way. I wouldn’t recommend."
