"Beautiful place"

"The blinds were broken and unevenly cut. The shower head skeeted water on the floor. There were no amenities available to enjoy. The pool closed at 7pm. Had to pay $40 for resort fee and $50 a day for parking and had to use their valet, was inconvenient to have to get things from car. No breakfast was offered/mentioned. I loaded my car early so I dont have to do it last min at check out, went and sat by the pool, walked in room only to find 2 staff members in my room and I had not checked out. My purse and my guest items were still in the room. They were standing over our belongings. First of all they should've checked with the front desk to see if we checked out. The moment they saw belongings they should have immediately left the room. The female stated she thought we checked out and the male stated he was helping us with our luggage. That was a completely false. The male did not help with anything, other than, was about to help themselves to our purses and belongings. The building needs renovation the rooms was like a low budget motel. Those pictures posted are 30 years old."

"Very happy with our stay. Check in was easy and I had the door code well before arriving. Everything was clean and appropriate. The pool was nice and warm even first thing in the morning. Just a few minutes from the beach. No issues."

"The rooms were nice size, affordable, loved the facility, soothing locations beautiful views, loved the pool area. Cleanliness come little too early on the weekends which should be a little limited since people tend to sleep in weekends. Over all enjoy my stay, I wish the bar stayed open pass 11pm. I would stay again."

"Convenient location. Courteous staff. Very clean room.... However, the bathroom tap water was light brown color, so had to use bottled water to brush my teeth, ugh!"

"Liked the low price and proximity to our business meetings. The guests were mainly construction workers and what appeared to be poorer unfortunate families with young children that should be staying in homes There was late night squabbling in the halls that kept me awake. On the first night the front desk attendant was behind the office door with a young woman. After fifteen minutes of no response I banged on the outdoor window and he and the woman came out. The advertised breakfast was packs of oatmeal or a packaged muffin I won't go back."

"Was not very happy with the property we got there and checked in on a Sunday and the big pool was closed the whole time there was construction and banging with a hammer the whole time of my stay and I complained about it and they said that they were not going to compensate me in anyway so I would not go back again and I would not recommend it to anyone"

"This is a nice resort with multiple amenities including pools, mini golf, volleyball and more. However, our room was in a bldg around the corner from the main location, outside of their gated areas, in a smaller and older building than the main property. This meant we had to drive to the main property to enjoy the amenities These rooms were very dated, cozy, but dated and could have been cleaned better. The sink and tub had hair in them, the jetted tub looked like it was installed in the 70s and just looked really worn and not sanitary so we didnt even use it as a bath tub. Walls had marks on them, baseboards and corners dusty, rings on furniture, it just overall didnt feel that clean or upkept This building also didnt have an elevator, luckily my husband was with me to carry up the luggage to the 2nd floor but if I had been alone, or elderly theres no way I could've carried my luggage up the steep stairs. The tub is also extremely high and hard to get in and out of, no grab bar in place either which seems really dangerous The ice machine in the freezer also didnt work The 2 tvs had basic channels, but were not smart tvs, again not a deal breaker but current technology in hotels is a huge plus The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the room itself was ok for a short stay but if you are going to book here id highly recommend requesting being on the main property"
