"Room was clean, however, the garbage can in the main room was not emptied out from the previous tenant. EWWWW! Needs a bit of updating - walls looking tired and the carpet was not especially clean. The staff was super nice and everything else was just fine."

"When I entered room #517, there was a strong urine smell around the carpet and a tobacco smell both inside and outside the room. It was very late and I was extremely tired, so I stayed in the room because I had no other choice. Also, there was dog poop near the other door outside, and it had not been cleaned up."

"The room was clean and nice. Ask for a top floor to avoid listening to people above you. It would be nice to have microwave in the room which is customary at just about everywhere..as well as a small section of freezer in the mini fridge. "

"The main reason I got the room at that hotel was for the hot tub in the room and it didn’t even work also the remote to the tv didn’t work so I couldn’t even watch tv. Floor was kinda dirty had to wear my slides the entire time. And I was in and out of the room for the main part after I checked in so when I got back with my fiancé and found out the tub didn’t work we were so tired we didn’t feel like having to move and deal with all of that bs so I told the lady when I checked out but no one...

"Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"This historic hotel was a great place for my sister and me to spend a night before visiting Hungry Mother State Park, where our parents used to take us back in the 60s. Staff helped with suggestions of where to eat (Macado's!). We wish there had been an easier way to get our luggage to the elevator - steps are required either from the front or side entrance, but realize that's likely due to the historic limits of the building. We would definitely stay again."

" Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches."
