"Hotel had efficient check-in - but do not have plans on getting an early check-in. We called the night before and very early the morning of our arrival in hopes of getting an early check-in (around 2:00 or 3:00 versus 4:00) and were told that would not be possible. We made do but with a hotel this size, and being a status member - I felt it was a minor request. Room was lovely - corner suite with all of the amenities however, we were only given 3 bath towels for a room sleeping 6. No robes, no blankets, no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa - these are small details - but they are also the details that set exceptional hotels apart for good hotels. We would stay here again, the hotel was clean, staff very friendly upon checking/out and was convenient to our venue for our event. Just know what you are getting prior to your arrival."
