"Pésimo servicio en réception, esperas bien largas para el elevador. El hotel se vende como un 4 estrellas, pero debiera ser un 2, atención en recepción es exasperante (una sola persona para 174 habitaciones, con esperas de más de 15 minutos). En pleno verano con 35 grados interior en las habitaciones y aire acondicionado no funciona , más de 15quejas en una sola noche de habitaciones diferentes y el personal indiferente . 4 veces tuvimos que bajar a réception para que nos hicieran caso y nos...

"It’s an OK hotel with good breakfast, pool and other entertainment and if u don’t mind the crowd they get really busy full of students and youngsters so expect some noise. We spent little time in the room and we had a good time. I would recommend this for families not really for the honeymooners. Overall good for the price. "
