"The snacks in the reception are ALL high in sugar.
To use the hairdryer it needs to be pressed down at all times which is very frustrating. A simple on and off switch much more practical and makes it easier to use for people with joint issues.
Shampoo is kindly supplied maybe it would be possible to supply a little conditioner!?

"The staff were really lovely and overall it was clean and right near the airport. Our toilet would not flush but we only stayed for one night, we reported it but it was fully booked, instead staff offered a free drink and did there best. Think property needs refurbishment but other than that can not complain."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with adjusting the temperature in the rooms, additional bedding. The staff at the bar were excellent, very patient, kind and friendly.
Overall, staff and facilities were great despite the ongoing redecorations going on at the minute."
