"We did not encounter staff except for breakfast and the day we were leaving. There was no one around to greet us when we arrived. It was our first time at a B&B. We were not aware of a refrigerator in the breakfast area that could be used by guests until the first morning. A printed greeting in the room listing amenities, etc would have been nice since there was no real check in. The place was very clean."

"The room we stayed in definitely needed maintenance. Frayed carpet edges, unaligned tiles, excessive caulking, calcium buildup, etc. but it was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
However the stay was so relaxing and beautiful even in October. The view was just gorgeous and all the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. As a nontraditional couple I was extremely pleased with the positive treatment we received.
The grounds were well maintained and the spa was amazing. I just got glowing...

"We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI.
Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it.
Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise.
No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...
