"When we checked in, we were told our room was down the street. I must’ve missed that when I made the reservation. I did not realize there were multiple buildings. It was fine though, everything was good in my opinion, not outstanding. Beachy. A little dated. Clean room, modern bathroom. That’s what’s important. Convenient walk to beaches, dining, shopping. We went early in the season so it was a little chilly. The pool I don’t think was open yet. I would stay again."

"Our stay at The Inn at Old Harbor was wonderful. My partner doesn’t love walking and They have their own stair case from the ferry parking lot. Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze. Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable We are coming back for Columbus Day weekend"

"I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience."

"The property is very nice, quiet, and quaint. We stayed the night to head out on a fishing charter at 4am, and the location is literally walking distance. The room and property are very clean, and being greeted by very friendly staff was great after a long drive. The beds were comfortable, linens crisp and clean. "The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...
