"The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever. The translucent windows opened out to a back alley staircase. The hotel diner and housekeeping were very good."

The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. "Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work.
Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage.

"We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of throughout our visit. The restaurants were fantastic, with great food and service. As a thoughtful surprise for our celebration, the hotel even provided a little cake, which made the occasion extra special. "The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved the pool area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm throughout my stay. The restaurants inside the hotel were excellent, with great food and service.
The staff also recommended a personal driver for the day, and it was one of the best decisions we made. He was very friendly, professional, and took us around New Delhi, making our visit so much easier and more enjoyable.
