"I arrived early for check in and for some reason my reservation I made on expedia didn't register in their system. They quickly investigated and when they couldn't provide the room I had booked they gave me a free upgrade to a really nice suite. The view of the mountains was amazing, I enjoyed the in-room facilities like the kitchenette, shower, coffee and French press, and sitting area. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful."

"We loved our space at the suites. The apartment had all the amenities. Loved the body products! The shower was great! I loved all the Bend resources on the table. Everything was top notch and within 5 minutes of most bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfast seating options weird. Lots of circular couch seating with minimal flat surfaces for putting plates..essentially eat off your lap. The arrangement of food items and accessories not logically placed. Having to pay a fee to park in their empty parking lot was absurd."

"If you’ve stayed at one My Place, you’ve stayed at them all! They are very consistent with their branding and standards, which are crisp and clean. I always enjoy staying at My Place for the convenience of the large fridge and freezer combo and the microwave. However, I do wish they stocked the kitchenettes with basic cooking tools. Other hotels with kitchenettes do, but I also understand it can cause more work for housekeepers and opportunities of theft. It’s just a pain to have a kitchenette...

"Decent room. My only complaint was, It was up a very narrow set of stairs with no elevator. Carrying my gear upstairs was inconvenient and almost tripped on the way down."

"The room was clean and accommodating. The staff was very nice and the pool was perfect temperature. Parking was ample and provided easy loading & unloading of our vehicle. Refrigerator/freezer worked great and was whisper quiet. Rooms were recently updated and towels were nice and fluffy. I would recommend this place highly."

"Clean hotel with helpful staff. Restaurant menu could use a reboot, not sure they have capacity to make common grilled items such as burgers. Chose the hotel for location and pool and they delivered."
