"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was not good. The room smelled and the solution from staff was to cover the smell with a spray that worked for a while but wore off. The room was very small for a king and awkward layout. There were 2 chairs. One was in a corner that you couldn’t sit in and couldn’t move. The other was a comfy desk chair but blocked the person sleeping on the right side of the bed from getting out of bed to the bathroom. We also only had one towel in the bathroom....

Pas de cafetière dans la chambre comme prévu, pas de déjeuner fourni malgré l’annonce. Chambre fonctionnelle avec air climatisé, frigo et micro onde propres , pas de congélateur, petit coffre-fort, fer à repasser et séchoir à cheveux. Je n’ai pas eu le code du wifi. Il ont encaissé le paiement sur ma carte de crédit dès mon arrivée alors que c’était annoncé qu’on...
