"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the night light in the bathroom. Breakfast was maintained by staff who were restocking, and cleaning up as guests arrived. Front desk & breakfast staff very friendly. If I was talking to the manager I would suggest some rough flooring in the shower, it's quite slippery when wet. We would definitely stay again."

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

"The room had a moldy scent. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom had no ventilation fan. The bath towels remain dam and never dried . Housekeeping service was poor . No room service for 2 days even thought there were no do not disturb signs placed on door .I would not stay at this location or any Hampton Inn hotels again."

"Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
