"For $500 a night I got a room that had a non-functioning shower, towels were threadbare, beds were lumpy, air conditioning had to be blasting to cover the mildew smell. I asked for a new room when I realized the shower was not working. They gave me a new room, and the shower did not get hot. One of the mattresses was totally collapsed. No blankets were provided, only sheets. I stayed on both the east and west sides of the hotel and both were very loud with traffic and people out partying. None...
