"I picked this hotel based on having a pool and a hot tub. Overall, it is a nice conference hotel. Stay was only OK for me because the hot tub needed repair (bubbler not working) but we could still use it but the water was only a bit hotter than lukewarm. They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference. It is the little things that matter. Dylan was particularly helpful at check-in"

"We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room.
