"Hampton Inn can do better withe quality of coffee. On this trip I stayed at two Hampton Inn locations, and the coffee in both the places is terrible. And the amenities should be same in all locations. It needs to be standardized."

"There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt."

"Rooms were clean. Desk desk was great and helpful. Parking lot is on the smaller side, but it's free and we still found a spot to park. Our room was super hot due to the air conditioning unit not working. I was hesitant asking to switch rooms, but I did and the guy working the desk was able to switch our room fast plus he wasn't bothered by switching it for us, which I appreciated. Pool was a nice temperature, it wasn't freezing cold."

"I had a mixed experience. The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept well once things quieted down. The biggest downside was the noise level. My room was located in an area where there was a lot of noise, which made it difficult to fully relax at times. The staff was courteous, but the service felt average and didn’t particularly stand out compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at."

"I was surprised at the good rating. You get what you pay for. The property is very outdated. We tried a couple rooms and they all had a stink to them. The bathroom walls had hair on them and the tub was very discolored. The hot tub wasn't too hot. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast didn't offer much. I was grateful for the coffee. The AC worked very well and the shower offered hot water. No fridge or microwave or much counter space if traveling with more than 1 person."

"Excellent hotel! Recently stayed 5 nights and really rate the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. Rooms have everything you need, the kitchenette is a game changer making it very convenient to store cool drinks/ doggie bags and reheat leftovers. Plenty of...
