"Worn, outdated, musty smell in hallways and room. We were charged for coffee in the morning, most hotels offer it complimentary, furniture in room dented, scratched and dirty. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, flat. Bathroom outdated, strong bleach smell. Windows dirty. Air conditioning was very noisy, clunky. Woke us up every time the fan came on. Got a rash from the pool and I had to pick up large pieces of broken glass from the parking lot around our truck before we could leave. Hilton certainly isn’t what it used to be. They also charge a $30.00 convenience fee that we got two different explanations for. Still don’t understand it."
