"The bathroom in our room was awful. The tile was broken, toilet was loose and the shower had mold. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily. It was not. Tried to phone the front desk, the phone didn't work. Had to go down and talk with the front desk. They didn't really care and gave us towels."

"We always love staying in Embassy Suites but this property fell short. It was an older building and not as nice as most. The pillows were awful and our room was very noisy because it was right off of the lobby. When I called the front desk no one answered. The man at check in offered no information.
