"The hot tub was out of order, the room had no ventilation. Paint was chipping on the inside of the shower walls. The smell made me sick and dizzy most of my stay from the strong smell of chlorine from the pool. It was quiet though for the most part. "

"The staff was initially friendly. The water heater went out and nothing was communicated. When we called they got standoffish. Also the electrical outlets were touchy, if you plugged the hair dryer in too far they didn't work. The maintenence guy they sent up was great! Also maybe I missed it but it would have been nice to know parking wasnt included. Shuttle service to the airport was wonderful and very helpful. "

"We were given room 201 which was directly above the Fire/sprinkler room so there were unfamiliar noises all night which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the stay was fine."

"We were given a handicapped-accessible room, which we didn’t request, and it was a little weird. Like the closet had only one low pole. Our clothes draped on the floor. And the bathroom lacked a big sink counter to spread out on. Otherwise it was ok. I think there should be a discount in this circumstance."

"Unfortunately didn’t read reviews that they had covered up the hot tub. As well, woke up to ants all over the side bed table and on our clothes. All that was out was a cup of juice, this has absolutely never been a problem. I understand not leaving food out, but a drink? In a full priced hotel room, this shouldn’t even be a thing."
