"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. The food was delicious A great one night visit, I wish it had been longer"

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"Mal wieder eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Reifepanne und konnten nicht pünktlich auschecken. Es wurde uns angeboten länger kostenfrei im Zimmer zu bleiben. Wir bekamen bei der Abreise noch Frühstück und einen Kaffee „to Go“ obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen hatte. Vielen Dank dafür."

"Das Hotel liegt gleich an der Grenze zu Basel, ist aber deutlich günstiger. Tram fährt vor dem Hotel ab. Parkmöglichkriten mit Parkhaus im Gebäude."

Personnel accueillant Petit déjeuner avec du choix Parking au sous-sol à disposition et sécurisé Hôtel bien situé, 3min à pied d'un arrêt de tram pour aller en ville et à côté de la gare. Point négatif : chambre un peu bruyante car route avec beaucoup de trafic et gare juste à côté.. plus calme entre minuit et 7h environ"
