"Arrive intown for my brother's wedding. Upon arrival they said the system waa down. We were walked to our room to manually be let in at 5:30. We got keys for our room at 8:30pm. So we sat in the room with no TV or Internet. The room was cleaned only on the surface. There was ood plastic cups under the bed and old Lance Peanut Butter packet behind the nightstand. I had to install the accessible shower bench on the tub, because it was attached to the vanity. There was no Phone, TV, or Internet my entire stay and the pillows are very poor quality. This was a horrible stay."

"Everything was great until later that night after staying one night there. I am covered in bed bug bites. Staff was nice at check in and out but i am riddled with itchy bites all over. "
