"Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms. "As of June 2026, the pictures don't reflect it's true condition. We stayed in room 17, (lake view) which is rundown and needs improvement. The main door and hardware are interior grade and didn't feel secure. In the pictures, note the 'wetbar' and TV location. The 32" TV is more than 15' from the beds, like you need binoculars to view it. Our bath vanity was loose from the wall and had no hot water. The shower tile had more grout repairs than original grout. And the single light fixture left...

"This hotel is in a great location for those who don't like over busy or crowded cities. Our stay was great and we had a peaceful night. The hotel was clean and well maintained."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice, updated, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot do outlets and USB ports which was very nice. The breakfast had fresh waffles (you make), eggs, sausages, English muffins, bread and mini muffins. There was coffee, juice, hot cocoa packets and teas for drinking. They also had cereal yogurt, and instant oatmeal packets. It was a very satisfying breakfast. We would stay here again if we are passing through this town."

"There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms."

"What a great place to stay, we booked 2 nights with my husband and our 5 year old, the rooms are very decent size, but the best was how clean it was, the beds, the restroom, the entire room was spotless. Thank you 😊"

"We had a pleasant visit to the lodge. It is a very nice property and it was mostly quiet. The cabin was rustic and could use some updating but everything was functional and fairly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was barely adequate and if the temperature were higher it would not have been good enough to stay comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and very affordable."
