"We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was delicious and the breakfast is outstanding. Bed was super confortable and lovely bathroom - though hooks or rack needed for...

"Our room was very spacious beautiful view of the sea. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillows were comfortable to. Shower was good. The food was good, quite a variety. The bar staff made amazing cocktails. The spa well we expected a nice chilled relaxed massage we had the couple's experience, but turn out to not be as relaxing as we thought (so take note). We asked for a relaxing massage. Other wise all in all the stay was good."

"Everything was really good but did not receive 5 star service that I was hoping for! Breakfast is amazing! Facilities are really good! However I booked for massage through their online system and on the day they said they don’t have the booking and the spa did not have two people hammam massage available at the same time! So one of the most important relaxing activities that I wanted to do on our holiday I coudnt! And reception stuff simply just said sorry without any real emotion! "

"A shout-out to the hardworking and friendly staff, especially Alex and Sabana at the front desk, who are always smiling and happy to help in every way possible. It's a new facility, so they are still addressing some mechanical issues, but they are eager to improve and welcome feedback from guests. Great location close to the water with plenty of dining options and a convenient bus stop for exploring other parts of Gozo. I would definitely stay there again in the future. "

"Die Kirche - genau daneben - ist mir zu laut gewesen. Alle 15 Minuten hat sie Laute abgegeben und in der Nacht. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da zu laut. Drinnen hat mit der Klima etwas nicht gestimmt, war zu kalt bzw. ließ sich nicht regulieren. Lage war aber ganz gut, man kann zu Fuß nach Victoria laufen. "
