The parking garage was not well lit. We did enjoy the easy, walkable access to shops and restaurants."

At the start of our stay, the air conditioning/heating unit was not working properly and when the front desk was notified, they replied immediately and changed our room with absolutely no problem. In fact the desk guy helped move our stuff! He was super helpful and most courteous and his name was Jeff, so please make sure that...
