"We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. We chose the property over others for their amenities (pool/hot tub) only to arrive, and they were drained and out of order. They should have emailed days before to let me know. I was so looking forward to that. The resort felt so empty but I was given a room overlooking their roof. The staff were sweet and nice however. I would have just expected some compensation or a voucher (customer service)."

"Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. "Should say that this was a huge upgrade to the 2 star motel I initially booked. Expedia suffered a glitch and I was upgraded to this place at cost. Nice place, pool was always crowded and loud. Room was nice with small kitchenette but the heating and cooling didn’t work. I addressed this at the desk because they were not answering and also asked for extra coffee for the morning. Neither of those things got taken care of but they did give me $50 for breakfast as compensation which was...
