"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. "

"Room was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains, carpet is warped and a tripping hazard, drawers stick and don't want to work. Housekeeping is lackluster, literally just changed the trash and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet and Customer service is great though!"

"I had the best sleep of my year at this hotel in HH. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again! The continental breakfast was great!"

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. "

"I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The room was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay."
