"Very family friendly. Parking was a problem Check in was not one minute early. House was beautiful and very clean. Pool was wonderful Prices were high but we knew that ahead of time"

"Everything went well with our stay. Some suggestions... The smell when you walk in was an over powering fabuloso scent, maybe use more of a bleach clean smell. The room did smell a little musty like old wet pool clothes. Possibly the carpet, maybe LVP for the floors."

"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"Well I parked my car in the designated parking area and someone cracked my windshield over night. I asked the staff about checking the cameras and they told me there aren’t any and didn’t really care to help me further while on my birthday so definitely pretty lame"

"We had a great stay at this resort. It was only for 1 night and we wish our plans allowed us to extend our stay. The rooms are clean, personal very nice and helpful. The beach and Tiki Bar are terrific! Good food, good drinks and live music. Will definitely be back."

"It was a quick trip but we had a great time. The pool was clean and refreshing. Loved not having to keep up with a room key, the coded door lock was awesome. Our room by the pool was clean and easy to get to from the parking area. Thank you for everything!"

"Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of updating. Entrance was dirty and in poor condition. Rooms were ok, clean. There were never any towels at the pool. Breakfast below average. I understand that price was very low but expected a little more from Hampton Inn."
