"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. "We booked 3 nights for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Upon checkin the room looked clean and spacious. We checked in very tired from a day of walking in the heat. We went to dinner then straight to bed. The next evening my husband and I both noticed something protruding from a corner of the wall in the bathroom beside the shower. "My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a trip to HHI and needed a place to stay for a night. When looking for places I just wanted to stay somewhere that had a bed, a shower, and a toilet. This place popped up! After we checked in, the lady at the front desk offered us three options: a free room upgrade, an extra night for free, or 24/7 check out time. I initially chose one option but later decided to choose the extra free night bc I'd be silly not too. And she honored the request!...

"The room was stinky. It smelled like cat pee, and cigarettes. The carpet felt damp as if they tried to shampoo it, but it only made the smell worse thankfully, I was only there for work, but the room smelled awful. I could barely tolerate it."

You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel."
