"My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. "Clean, but very noisy due to construction remodeling, going on everywhere inside Lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Fire alarm went off 3 am in the morning, false alarm. I almost had heart attack. Sounded like kids above us where playing basketball til late in the am, so we had to call front desk to stop all the noise. Convenient location. Right near hwy. Felt unsafe at night due to so much noise and traffic in the lobby, at night."

"Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room."

"Other than completely surrounded by road construction. Loved the rooftop and the internal courtyard. Staff very kind. Security and elevator access annoying. Needed to be clearer upon check in. Otherwise recommend for Bell Auditorium convienently located nearby. Also church right across from Bell Auditorium offers closes parking $10."

"The property had an odor throughout the building. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. There gnats flying in the room. The following morning killed a roach in the bathroom. The original room reserved was not available. According to staff it was not able to be occupied. The pool was also not in service. Would not stay at the property again. The only positive is the location is conveniently located near restaurants and the expressway."

"Entrance from Washington Rd is a bit tricky, but the hotel is excellent!"

"I would give a five star rating if only we could control the temperature in our freezing cold room. The owner told us the control for the air conditioning was in the room next door. He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice"

"This was a great weeklong stay at this property. The only problem we encountered was the lack of hot water from the sink in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone."

"At the time of my stay they were still remodeling. They have always been clean and staff very respectful and helpful. I am 100% certain when the remodel is finished they will be the best stay in Augusta. Love the view from the patio."
