"This was our sixth stay at The Slate, and once again we loved the hotel and its friendly staff. A few minor points: dinner at Tin Mine was disappointing and not up to its usual standard, the gym is slightly worn and could use updates like new treadmills, and the “adults-only” pool had limited seating, with many loungers reserved by absent guests. A simple system where loungers are assigned at check-in could improve this. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely return."

"The resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday week and the staff not only sang to me but a staff member actually danced with me which was so kind of her. I appreciated everything they did to make my birthday special."

"I stayed at Banyan Tree every time when I came to Phuket. My last time in Phuket was however 10 years ago. I found the villa I stayed this time was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. However, it is a bit dated and needs some update. Staff were most helpful. The newly opened beach club was exceptional and excellent for evening relax drinking. I would stay in Banyan tree again for my next visit to Phuket. "
