They tell me the entertainment is great but we were there on a Thursday. Plenty of people and families in the restaurant/bistro. Only negative is no lift and 2 flights of stairs to rooms. Might be a problem with large suitcases. Me I need the exercise."

"The cleanliness of the room service is quite inadequate. They are not completing the entire cleaning process. On the final day of my stay, I misplaced my face cleanser bottle. I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. "Room was very dusty especially the wall behind the bed and for an asthmatic like me it was very bad. Front staff could do with some training in basic customer service skills. Great property otherwise and location is fantastic."
