"My stay here at the Scarlet Hotel was for three full nights we did have ballet service for the first 24 hours, but as I was coming and going more often, I just parked across the street which is pretty convenient if you’re resourceful I loved the open space around the hotel. "We had a one bedroom suite and there were two tvs which was nice for an extended stay. The fitness center is decent as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is amazing, especially Payton at the front desk. The location is perfect to walk to many wonderful restaurants."

"We hit travel problems and I messaged the hotel to discuss options - but no one ever answered me. There was no phone number that we could call. Very frustrating!"

"The main problem was there was no hot water. When we called for assistance they fixed the problem, but only one person could shower then the water was ice cold again. This is such a basic need the customer should not have to beg for hot water. Considering we paid in my option too much for a basic room. I would not recommend this hotel."
