But they also have bed bugs. The hotel staff was not helpful, understanding or accommodating. They seem comfortable and unable to understand that bed bugs are a health risk and concern. They also will not refund you. Should you choose to risk it. If you are looking for a dirty, shabby, bed bug infested hotel, Days Inn SUNY is the hotel for you."

"We have stayed here in the past but place has gone down hill. Room had musty odors and tub had dirty ring around it. We arrived at 2:30 pm but clerk made us sit in lobby for 15 minutes before we were allowed to check in. I am aware check in is at 3 but never had to wait if I was a little early. Unacceptable. Breakfast was barely average. Small area with little to recommend. Overall stay was disappointing. "
