A truly amazing experience! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The attention to detail is of the highest level. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel grounds are stunning

We loved our stay at Casa Maria, such a bright colourful space with welcoming staff and a lovely boutique feel. Great rooms and a nice area to relax by the pool at the end of a busy day. Really close to the Los Muertos pier and the start of the Malecon. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Puerto Vallarta. ZonaZ is in a great location and we got all of the information we needed about how to get from the airport to the hotel in advance, and plenty of tips about the area when we arrived. Would absolutely book here again next time.

The owners made certain we were comfortable and most helpful regarding the nearby market for shopping, which proved invaluable for getting local ingredients for cooking meals. Nice, fully furnished kitchen as well! This is not resort life by no means as you hear local children playing in the streets and the sounds of barking dogs, etc. The walk to the beach is maybe 8-10 minutes but often across rough pavements so not advised for anyone with walking or mobility issues. We had a great stay. The rooms are great. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooftop pool and views are breathtaking. 10/10

It's been a few weeks now since my stay at The Tryst but I'm still left with the lasting impression of just how lovely this hotel and it's staff are. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left 15 nights after, it was nothing short of wonderful. Everyone goes out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed. The rooms and communal areas are all fantastic and it's just a few mins from the beach and the action. I can't wait to return.

Our stay at Rivera de Rio was fantastic. It is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. There are spectacular outdoor views from the pool and hot tub area and the interior is beautiful. The service from Martha and the rest of the staff was amazing. They are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely 5 stars. The frozen margheritas were incredible also.

Beautiful property, the family suite was stunning and the service was impeccable. We went for the “all inclusive” service and the food was okay, nothing extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel

Didnt have breakfast. View was ok. Rooftop pool was great!

A great stay. I highly recommend

Great staff, pool was very nice

We stayed in several different hotels during our trip and this was the last one before we flew home (chose it as close to the airport) was set in very beautiful scenic grounds with lots of flowers & ponds/waterways & had fish and a peacock. We love to see animals around hotel. Hotel easily accessible with buggy & had lifts. Had a nice view from bedroom over sea but disappointingly the windows were screwed shut . Room nice but shower was fixed to the wall & no bath. The pools were fine but...
