"The hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of the main shopping. It also has its own water taxi stop too (which is helpful because itā€™s quite a walk to the beach area). Rooms are lovely and the hotel is spread across a number of buildings that house a bar restaurant and the pool area and fitness Center. Because itā€™s an old building, the lifts are small and just about get two people plus cases inside. And be aware no one helps with your cases at all, which is unusual in the US. We hauled our cases from the taxi to reception. Were efficiently checked in and then given our keys and told where our rooms were located. No offer of concierge. But that is a minor point really; we enjoyed our time in Fort Lauderdale and would go back to this hotel. Recommended."
