"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "Upon checking in the front desk was very nice and helpful. It went downhill from there. Beds very uncomfortable, hard. Bathroom smelled of sewer which they try to cover up with incense. It took 15 minutes for hot water to get to the shower. Breakfast place was good, we could not find it the first day. Other than that location is good, and easy to find. Based on the places I have stayed I think there are probably better options out there as this place was on the expensive side for what you receive."
