"The personal behavior is really good and the property is very clean. It has washing machines and iron in floor 5 the other thing all stored in the apartment. Every day cleaning free of charge is available upon your request. It has a spa but since we didn’t use I can’t have any review about it. The bath tubs in pictures are only for penthouses. "

"An absolute great and wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very unique. The kitchen was helpful for smaller meals. Parking is very difficult but that is to be expected from an inner-city hotel, but with an excellent walkable location. The hotel provided alternative locations for convenient, but expensive, parking. We will definitely stay here again but without using a vehicle. "

"Amazing location, about a minute walk from main square. Spacious apartment for two of us. Check in was simple as the main office was nearby, we’d already received instructions and it was clearly signposted. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - they let us store our bags on check out to come back for them and use the toilet before heading to the airport. "Brilliant, apart from very first night, 2 men having a row, pushing & shoving right in to our room door! 1 of them was in a neighbouring room, it soon calmed down. "Had a great stay at the Ventus Rosa. It’s a small hotel so it’s very quiet, and our room was very spacious and clean. Walking distance to old town and the main square, as well as a park. Just off a Main Street so if you have a car you’ll be able to get to your destinations quickly. Front desk was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again"

"The apartment is in a very quiet location, yet less that one minute walk to the main square where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, super-comfortable king size bed and a great shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful - our request for extra pillows was dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone visiting Krakow - you will not be disappointed. "

The property was immaculate, the support is first class and the location is unbeatable - right in the centre of the beautiful old town centre 150 yards from a plethora of excellent eating establishments. "Very beautiful property, with excellent service. Located in a very beautiful area by the park and the northern side of Old Town Krokow, very close to old churches and dining and bars. I would have liked that the room amenities included a wash cloth and additional umbrellas. It rained one entire day during my stay and there weren’t enough umbrellas for the guests. Perhaps consider having one in each room - however, the entire stay was truly wonderful "
