"My friend and I had an amazing time here to celebrate our 20 years of friendship. We were disappointed with the traditional restaurant 1860 as we ordered a very delicate fish, the rombo, and it was meant to be a simple grilled dish. Instead we got it covered in garlic and chilli. We were shocked as we didn't expect is from such an high end restaurant. Also we ordered potatoes without onions and they came with onions, after we complained they told us they were pre cooked and so already mixed,...

Restaurant is closed on our date of arrival, and front desk older gentleman used Google Translate and send us to a Mich. recommended restaurant in town of Haro only 12 min away and dinner experience turn out great. Bkft from 9-10 am was excellent even w fresh squeezed orange juice. "

"Loved every thing about the stay, the people were so attentive and kind and couldn’t do enough to assist. The bodega, the quality of the wine and the tapa .. so good. Breakfast was simple but excellent. The room was large and comfortable, my partner said it lacked a couple of aspects from a woman’s perspective, such as mirrors and lighting for makeup and there was no shelf for placing bathroom items. But these are small details and don’t detract from an overall excellent hotel."

"Beautiful old house and winery in LaGuardia. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked onto the wine tour, which is provided by the owner of the hotel, who lives there with his family. It was lovely to stay at a hotel that has such a personal touch. The decor is traditional and in-keeping with the history of the property. We unfortunately did not have chance to try the restaurant but we were advised by other guests, that it was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
