"Un sitio ideal para conocer la Rioja alta y desconectar. El personal muy atento. Todo perfecto."

"Very nice hotel in a very convenient location to restaurants and main attractions. Very helpful and cordial staff. Close to two places that offered breakfast options and more for coffee. Parking was great, just not close (200 m) but close enough for us. Also very quiet considering the location. There was a very loud musician in the square and we couldn’t hear him from inside the room. Small refrigerator came in handy for snacks. Great stay! I would avoid holiday weekends, not because of the...

"Beautiful hotel with a 3 min walk to downtown Haro. Staff were so lovely and helpful."

"Staff was amazing - early check in, help with transportation and just very hospitable. Best location and breakfast was good. Make a reservation for dinner if interested - they go fast."

"Very nice hotel at the price. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The bathroom floor was dirty which we discovered cleaning a slow leak from the sink. The parking was full when we arrived from dinner due to a private party on the property. The front desk staff was accommodating offering me a spot in the no parking area. Would recommend for a value stay in the Rioja area."

"La actitud y disposición de todo el personal."

"Excelente location in the heart of Haro."

"A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu."

"Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness."

"Beautiful location and room, very personal service"

"La habitación fue amplia, el baño cómodo y el personal muy atento."

"Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!"

"Great!"

"No me gustó esta estancia no me hicieron el cuarto , tuve que pedir dos veces tuallas porque no tenía ni para ducharme … por lo demás bien"

"Muy buen desayuno croissant riquísimo y budín casero, Luisa fue una anfitriona de lujo. "

"Very nice room-immaculately clean! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was surprisingly delicious and plentiful for the price. Don’t use exterior of the building to judge how nice everything is inside."
