"It's a breath of fresh air to travel to accomodation and arrive early and to be offered afternoon tea whilst waiting for our room to be available. Jenny the host was an absolute breath of fresh air and nothing was too much for her to accommodate us. Easy parking, stunning grounds with a lovely stream running through it. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. I visit hotels all over the U.K with work and this place is a breath of fresh air. Overall a must visit place within 10 minutes walk to a local pub called the Lanivet inn that served excellent food at really competitive prices, highly recommend but you may need to book. I have been visiting nearby Bodmin for over 12 years and this place is the best I have stayed in with my partner. We shall return later in the year and look forward to Jenny's hospitality once more Highly recommend."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was really nice. Couldn't get a picture on the T.V. which was a little annoying but not the end of the world. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again."
