"Cons: Tub is clogged, we showered and water accumulates in tub and takes long time to drain. Theres a foul smell in the washroom no idea where its coming from as it is clean .. it would seem coming from floor drain. Hair dyer is dead. Noise in hallway and next room is easily heard inside the room and can be irritating at night.
