"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. "Een fijne ruimte in het centrum van Den Bosch. Ruim appartement voor 2 personen, maar zelfs met 2 kinderen en de bank als bed, voelde het nog ruim. Mooie hoge plafond. Je zit in het centrum, dus nooit echt helemaal stil. Alle faciliteiten op loopafstand. Ook het station."
