"Location is not enough, particularly good part of Athens, but not terrible. There were no rooms available in downtown Athens near the university of Georgia therefore, we picked this hotel. Staff were incredibly nice and location acceptable even if it was on the same block as fireworks store, gun store, liquor store, and what appeared to be some kind of marijuana related store. Unfortunately, the room was mostly clean but in poor overall condition and the grout in the bathtub was very moldy....

"Hotel was good. Very quiet - probably wasn’t full, but I heard zero noise - no doors, elevators, hall noises, etc., so that was nice. Wasn’t impressed with the area of the hotel, but it was significantly cheaper than the more down town options. Still quick and easy to campus. Plus, Andy’s Frozen Custard is right next door, if you want a snack!"

"This is a little gem of a hotel right on UGeorgia's campus. The staff are primarily students, so it is a great place to stay if you are visiting the school as a prospective student. It was clean, it had an AMAZING breakfast included, and very affordable. So glad we found it!"

"Everything worked well, was super clean, comfortable, and fresh. The parking lot is large and doesn't have any tight, shady, or badly paved spots. Also, it's located close to shopping & dining but not slammed up next to any of it."

"Listen. Minus 1 worker everyone was great. We needed quite a few things traveling with a two and one year old. Everyone minus that 1 worker made sure to do their best to help us. Bow I hope I have the young woman name right but Lola was EXCELLENT. She is clearly your star. She went above and beyond and she made sure you felt like it was her pleasure to help. I thank you all"

"Definitely it the cleanest of places I’ve stayed. As always with traveling my intent was not to be holed up on a room the entire time… so the bed was fine and the tv and mini fridge worked. Water pressure and hot water was good and I guess that was all I needed. "

"Overall we found the rooms to be very clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Sound deadening/insulation was not the best in that we could hear other guests conversation/activity from the room above as well as the room next door. Railroad noise was noted although it was less prevalent during the weekend. Electrical outlet in bathroom sink area was hard to find at first and difficult to access as it was underneath the vanity.
