"Clean room, Nice and clean Pool, all staff are great, helpful and friendly, break fast is fantastic."

"Beklediğimden daha iyiydi, temizliği iyiydi, elemanlar günlük temizliğe geliyordu,"

"We stayed there in early September. The à la carte restaurant was terrible with the frozen steaks and fish served. People smoked everywhere: all around the pool, at the hotel entrance, in the crowd during the children's evening show, and even in the tiny no-smoking area on the beach. The food in the main restaurant was fine with a good selection, but I ended up with food poisoning. On the day of our departure, we wanted to use the showers at the spa since we had already checked out of our room....

"We had a really lovely stay here and overall had a great experience, especially as a family with a young child. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is really well suited for families, with different activities and entertainment going on throughout the day. Our little one especially loved the kids’ disco, which was on every evening. The children would dance and have fun for about an hour, and it quickly became one of her favourite parts of the...

"No longer a 5-star resort – the cutbacks are obvious. At best it is a 3* This hotel is no longer fit to be 5-star. In my opinion, cost-cutting by management/ownership is to blame, not the hard-working staff. Gluten-free: We were told before travelling that they cater for it. They don’t, not safely. Guests used the gluten-free utensils on their plates of normal food, then served themselves from the gluten-free dishes. At checkout we were told gluten intolerance is “not common in Turkey”....

"Everything"

"Top Service.

"Loved the Topkapi theme all over the resort which traditional Turkish palace vibe. Pools were super clean and well maintained. Some areas of the resort shows wear and tear including pool slides, RINO club and the pathways but nothing extreme. Food variety and quality was exceptional and the service from each and every staff member. We need an extra bedsheet at 2am and we called room service. It was delivered within minutes. Awesome!! Staff familiarity with English language can be improved and...
