The property was charming and homely, the cuisine in the breakfast room and the restaurant was excellent, and all the staff were superbly friendly, welcoming and totally efficient.

Stunning hotel

Our second stay and our visit was just as good as last time. Despite arriving at mid-day, well in advance of the usual 3pm check-in time, we were given an upgraded room and were made to feel most welcome. Breakfasts are excellent and were appreciated by both ourselves and our daughter and partner who live locally in Munich. Becoming dab hands with the integrated Munich transport system - a bus stopping just outside the hotel.

Nice hotel and ideal for families. Just outside Central Munich, but has excellent transport connections to the Airport and into Munich Hbf. Awesome Breakfast !!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Good location and easily accessible public transport

Location is so good for whom looking for rest and quiet. Public transportation is perfect exactly front of Hotel. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel and very comfortable in the old town. Rooms were on the smaller side but this is to be expected given the location.

Great location.Breakfast great. Staff helpful and efficient. Impeccable service. Room standard excellent and cool when walked in from the hot weather. Best hotel shower ever had too. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room and very helpful staff.

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.

Lovely southern German style authentic local hotel - brilliant customer service, nice clean & comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle across local area / to subway - i will certainly stay there again if the chance arises! Shame I didn't get time to try out the spa facilities - next time!

The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel. The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless. The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away. The hotel is situated rather close to lot of top restaurants and shops and even the...
