"Stayed here over the Festival weekend. Hanger Down House is just south of Arundel and a lovely 20 minute walk into the middle of Arundel. Alison is a lovely welcoming host. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. The room was called a Snug and "Snug" it certainly was. Just about ok for 1 or 2 nights but for longer stays get a bigger room."

"What a fantastic place to stay, the room was immaculate and well appointed. The staff / host were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Arundel Castle is probably the best castle we've visited, and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the town. What a fab weekend away!"

"We had a fantastic stay, including our dog, she enjoyed all the facilities and high level care given to us all. Never have we stayed anywhere so dog friendly but still had high standards. Staff were friendly, attentive and food was good. We had spa treatments which were excellent and enjoyed the spa facilities too. The wonderful walks around the Goodwood estate. Our only criticism was breakfast on the last day of our stay, it was much quieter after a very busy bank holiday but food wasn’t so...
