"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

"I bought here but got confirmation from travelio and talked to them the whole stay. Hotels.com didn't believe me when I said if I bought it directly with them (travelio) I would save 1000 sek. They didn't accept and didn't believe it was actually travelio I bought with, through hotels.com. Except for that, the sink was leaking, not clean good enough and the travelio support was bad. The people coming fixing everything were nice and good people. Just under staffed."

"Poor value and definitely long overdue due for renovations. Far out of the way and generally clean and tidy but rundown and way overpriced compared to what else is on offer. Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard.
