"Poor value and definitely long overdue due for renovations. Far out of the way and generally clean and tidy but rundown and way overpriced compared to what else is on offer. Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard. "The hotel offers reasonable value for money, but could be fantastic given its heritage. It looks like it could do with refurbishment (last done 25 years ago?) We chose to stay here as my parents had stayed there 70 years ago. Breakfast in the restaurant were very good with a strong local flavour. unfortunately it does not open in the evening leaving only the small cafe in the atrium area. We did not use the small pool. "
