"One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly "

Hanya lighting di kamar mandi agak kurang terang..juga suasana di lobi mungkin bs dibuat lebih nyaman Untuk cek in spengalaman saya nginep di hotel..kalau bkn krna full biasanya kita bs lbh cepat cek in dari waktu yg di tetapkan..jadi flexible Kmrin kami sdh capek dan ngantuk krna dtg dari pagi..betul2 tdk ada keringanan untuk cek in lbh cepat tetap hrs pukul 2 sampe 3x sy datengin ke reception tetap tdk bisa padahal saya tau hotel tdk penuh.."

"WC in damage, no water tank flush. AC disappeared the cool menu (only fan & dry). TV lost channels. Several times calling for Technicians to repair. Exhausted! Last day asking a male receptionist for late checkout, only be allowed 30 minutes for 1 room whereas I booked in total 3 rooms. Although we checked out almost at 1pm due to waiting for porters. Worst part, after going home, the hotel staff called me for payment which they forgot to charge when I checked in untill checked out (I thought...
