"The property was beautiful and the food was delicious. There were many food options and the nightly shows were also quite entertaining. The only disappointment was that we weren't able to swim in the ocean due to all of the sargassum. I would definitely return when the sargassum is gone."

"We booked the Excellence Club but didn't feel as if the welcoming staff there prepared us for how to best get around and use the resort property. We didn't learn about the app until we asked someone hours later about the various restaurants on property."

"Everyone is so welcoming and kind. My wife and I arrived from a long shuttle ride and the staff were expecting us and took us to the aqua club to relax for check in.
