"Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, buen servicio. Las habitaciones no cuentan con control de temperatura, y la única forma de refrescar la habitación es abriendo la puerta del balcón que da hacia la avenida, lo cual no es factible para dormir y hay mucho tráfico y ruido durante el día. El desayuno está bien pero podría tener más variedad y tener opciones más frescas y saludables. Considerando que es en Colombia, el café podría ser muchísimo mejor."

"This is a super nice hotel and we stayed in one of the appartments, it is a nice place to stay with family but not for elderly people. Walking distance for the eldery with limited capacity is too much. We loved the Plaza Cafe restaurant. But overall is was a nice experience there. "

It is not clear at the time of booking that because they are an apart hotel, they only change towels and clean up the room every other day . It should be clearly disclosed at the time of making the reservation specially because they only left one hand towel and two bath towels for a 2 adult reservation. "
