Hands down top 3 worst hostel I ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty and even a used q-tip laid around. The beds uncomfy and prison is might be more comfortable. The house smelled like paint and while the painter had a mask on, we didnt get one. We changed hostel because of the dirty rooms and vibe. Wlan did not work most of the time Friendly but unhelpful stuff.

Simplemente genial. Las instalaciones se ajustaron a lo que requería y el personal, completamente todos con quienes tuvimos contacto, con un trato muy ameno y cordial, nos hicieron sentir en un ambiente muy hogareño, como si compartiéramos con familia. De regresar a Bogotá, definitivo que será nuestra primera opción de estadía.

La peor estadía. Cometimos el error de pagar una semana adelantado, sin antes ver las habitaciones, la cual están sucias , no tienen colchones decentes. las sábanas y cobijas están pesimas condiciones y además de eso NO cumplen con lo que dice la descripción, no hay agua caliente en todas las habitaciones. En 7 días que estuvimos, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación 3 veces por qué si no era el agua caliente que no funcionaba eran las camas más incómodas que conocimos en la vida. Y para rematar en el último piso hay problemas de goteras el cual ya lo saben y no hacen nada para arreglarlo. Además de eso , se nos perdió algo de valor en la recepción y demoraron días para mostrar las cámaras las cuales no enfocan bien. Tenemos la sospecha que entraron a revisar nuestras maletas por qué siempre dejábamos con candados y sospechosamente un candado quedó roto no se puede abrir más, y las otras dos quedaron abriendo con cualquiera llave. eso nunca nos había sucedido Las chicas de la recepción son amables. Pero la negligencia de la administración es notable.
