We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Bogotá. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was a perfect way to start the day. We also enjoyed the bar, which was a nice place to relax after exploring the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Bogotá!

The staff were very friendly and kind. The food and overall service were excellent, clean and tidy facilities. My only complaints are with the level of noise heard inside the room and the room amenities that could be improved as well. Despite reserving the room for two people we were told only one cup of coffee/tea was allowed per room and there were no bathrobes available, something simple that can make the experience even better.
